Cookies policy

  1. The service does not automatically collect any data apart from data in the cookie files.
  2. Cookie files are computer data, especially text files, which are stored in the user’s device of the Service User and are designated to use the Service websites. Cookies usually include the name of the website they come from, time they are stored in the user’s device and the unique number.
  3. The entity placing the cookies in the Service User’s device and obtaining an access to them is the operator of the Service Centrum Komina sp.z o.o. (LLC) sp.k., Zielona Góra, Osadnicza 35, Tax Identification Number (NIP)  9291846917.
  4. Cookie files are used to:
    1. adjust the Service websites content to the User’s preferences and to optimise using the websites; especially, those files let recognise the Service User’s device and display the website adequately, adapted for their individual needs;
    2. making statistics which help understand how the Service Users use the websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    3. maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to type the login and the password on every Service subsite;
  1. In the Service two general types of cookie file are used: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored in the User’s device until the time of logging out, leaving the website or closing the software (internet browser). Permanent cookie files are stores in the User’s device for the time defined in cookie files parameters or until the User deletes them.
  2. In the Sevice the following cookie files are used:
    1. strictly necessary cookies, enabling using the services included in the Service, for example authorisation cookies used for services which require authorisation in the Service;
    1. cookie files used to ensure safety, e.g. used to detect frauds regarding authorisation in the Service;
    2. performance cookies, enabling collecting information on the way the Service websites are used;
    3. functionality cookies, enabling “remembering” settings chosen by the User and customising the User’s interface, for example in terms of the chosen language or region where the User comes from, font size, website design etc;
    4. advertising cookie files, enabling delivering to the Users advertising content adapted especially to their interests.
  1. In many cases, software used to browse websites (internet browser) by default allows storing cookie files in the User’s device. The Service Users can change at any time cookie settings. These settings can be changed especially to block automatic use of cookies in the internet browser settings or to inform the User every time the cookies are placed in the Service User’s device.   2. The Service Operator informs that the limitations in using cookies can impact some functionalities available on the Service websites.
  3. Cookie files placed in the Service User’s device can also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.

Policy of personal data protection

In compliance with the legal provisions arising from Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 2016 (GDPR), we inform, that:

We defined the aims of processing your data. As the controller we will process your following data:

  1. In order to send an offer to the request you have send, on the basis of your consent (on the ground of Article 6, section 1, letter a of GDPR). At any time you have right to withdraw your consent for processing personal data, but withdrawing the consent does not influence the compliance with the right to processing which was performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
  2. To conclude a contract/ place the order on the basis of your interest in our offer (on the ground of Article 6, section 1, letter b of GDPR). At any time you have right to withdraw your consent for processing personal data, but withdrawing the consent does not influence the compliance with the right to processing which was performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

To execute the contract/ order, at the moment of the conclusion (on the ground of Article 6, section 1, letter b of GDPR).At any time you have right to withdraw your consent for processing personal data, but withdrawing the consent does not influence the compliance with the right to processing which was performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

To measure the customers satisfaction in pursuance of our legitimate interest of defining quality of our services and the level of our customers satisfaction in terms of products and services (on the ground of Article 6, section 1, letter f of GDPR).At any time you have right to withdraw your consent for processing personal data, but withdrawing the consent does not influence the compliance with the right to processing which was performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
  • Right to object.
      1. At any time you have right to object to the data processing described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we are able to prove that there are legitimate foundations towards your data, which are superior to your interests, rights and freedoms or this data is necessary in order to settle, investigate or defend the claims if any exist.
      2. At any time you have right to object to processing your data to perform direct marketing. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing data for this purpose.
  • Data storage period.
    1. Your personal data resulting from concluding the contract will be processed for a period when the claims related to this contract can appear, which is 5+1 years from the end of the year when the contract expires, when 5 years is the longest possible claims’ period of prescription, an additional year is in case of claims submitted at the last moment and delivery problems and counting from the end of the year serves the purpose of defining one date of deleting data for contracts expiring in particular year.
    2. If the contract is not concluded within 5 years from our submitting you an offer, your personal data regarding conversations on this contract will be deleted immediately with the exception of data needed for direct marketing.
    3. We can process data for the needs of the direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose or we establish they became obsolete.

    Your personal data can be revealed to companies equity or personally linked to us, which are: Centrum Komina Daniel Hrehorecki, Osadnicza 35, Zielona Góra, Centrum Komina sp. z o.o., ul.Osadnicza 35, Zielona Góra, Kaminzentrum Niko GmbH, Westhafenstr. 1, Berlin, and to companies which we link our products and services with. Your data can also be available to our subcontractors (personal data processing entities), for example accounting, legal, IT companies, claim adjusters, services contractors within claims adjustment, marketing agencies.
  2. Rights of people to whom the data concerns.
    According to GDPR, you have:

    1. right to access your data and to receive its copy;
    2. right to correct your data;
    3. right to delete data, limit data processing;
    4. right to object to data processing;
    5. right to transfer data;
    6. right to file a complaint to the regulatory authority.
  3. Information about necessity/voluntariness of submitting data.
    Submitting data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract.
